Overview
The customizable stock-paired launchpad on GIWA.
Gazua launches tokens on GIWA, where gas is paid in ETH. A creator deploys a token, the public buys it from a bonding curve, and once 80% of the supply has sold the launch graduates into a Uniswap v4 pool with its liquidity locked forever.
What makes it different from a plain launchpad is where the fees go. Every launch splits its trading fee across up to ten recipients that the creator chooses at launch: wallets, X or GitHub handles, burning the supply, or paying it out to holders as dividends. That split is the product.
A launch, end to end
- Create. Name, ticker, image, pairing asset, fee mode and the fee split. One transaction deploys the token, opens its curve and records the split. The supply — 1,000,000,000 tokens, all of it — is minted straight to the curve.
- Curve. Buying takes tokens out of the curve and pushes the price up; selling puts them back and pushes it down. The curve is the only counterparty, so the number you are quoted is the number you get.
- Graduate. When 80% of supply has sold, a v4 pool opens at the price the curve ended on, seeded with the remaining 20% and everything the curve raised. The liquidity has no withdrawal function — not for the creator, not for us.
- Pool. Trading continues in the pool at the same fee the curve charged, collected by our hook rather than by the pool. Fees keep reaching the same recipients for the rest of the launch’s life.
The numbers, in one place
| Thing | Value |
|---|---|
| Total supply | 1,000,000,000, fixed, no minting |
| Graduation | 80% of supply sold |
| Protocol fee | 30% of the whole fee, base fee included |

| Tax launch, creator fee | Buy 0–10%, sell 0.5–10%, set at launch |
| Referral fee | 20% of the whole fee, base fee included, beside the protocol’s 30% rather than on top of it |
| Trade cost, non-tax launch | 1% — 0.5% creator, 0.3% protocol, 0.2% referral |
| Fee recipients | Up to 10, totalling 100% |
| Dividend eligibility | Holding at least 10,000 tokens |

Two things that surprise people
The first seconds of a launch are deliberately expensive. A buy in the opening block pays almost all of itself to the launch’s own fee recipients, decaying to the ordinary rate within seconds. Being first is not worth winning; waiting three seconds costs nothing.
Almost nothing about a launch can be changed. Fee mode, tax rates, pairing asset, supply and curve are fixed when the launch confirms. What can change is the image, the description and the links.
