Fee admin

Who may edit a launch's own information, and how that seat moves.

The seat

Each launch has a fee admin, which is the creator at launch. The admin may edit the launch’s image, description and links. It cannot mint, pause, tax differently, reach the liquidity, or touch a balance already credited to somebody.

Handing it over

The admin may hand the seat to another address, and that takes effect immediately. This is the ordinary case: a creator stepping away and handing the launch to whoever carries it on.
